Some sweet cheeks

After taking a bath the boys run around enjoying being nakie. Well today we had a fence put up in our backyard so we put the doggie door back up. This is what I found when Lil'Will came running up to me yelling,"Mommy we have an emergency!" And an emergency we did have! James had some how managed to get himself stuck in the doggie door completely naked! Being the great mother that I am I saw my phone near me and took this awesome picture! Hopefully he will learn that he is to big for the doggie door. Most likely I will be pulling him out again tomorrow.

James working on his tricycle. He is now using a circular saw on it. I wonder what the problem is? Hopefully he won't need to weld it back together, cause we don't have one of those!

basic update

We have been having so much fun since William came home that I have neglected my blogging duties.  We celebrated a fabulous easter together.  It was so nice to have William home for a holiday!  I was deathly afraid that I was going to celebrate easter alone and so it was such a pleasant surprise to have him home.  We were able to go to two easter egg hunts here on base.  the boys loved them, mostly because they had jumpy houses, which are their favorite things.  We also have done some fun things like go to the beach and lots of parks.  William has worked hard on cleaning out the garage and all of our closets.  Those were super miraculous works.  There is nothing in my coat closet where as before I couldn't open it in fear of  things falling down on me.  We have filled our trash cans every week to overflowing with stuff, in fact we've had to put trash and recyclable in our neighbors cans!  But it has made our house look great!  We also put James and Lil'Will in the same room.  We took the big room and made it into a toy room!  Oh, this is the best thing ever!  I love having all the toys out of my living room.  I love having an extra couch in my living room again!  The boys have made it so easy for us.  Lil'Will loves that James is in his room now.  He has not liked sleeping alone, so he loves having James be with him.  It is very sweet.  I also got the great blessing of going to Havasu and dancing for a week this last week.  It was long hours and some sore muscles and it was wonderful!!  I wish I could've stayed longer but I really missed William and the boys.  I got in late last night and I have gotten many sweet hugs and kisses since arriving home!  Today we head back to Havasu to drop off the boys and William and I are off to the Grand Canyon for a few days of alone time!  So look forward to pictures of William and I on burros heading down the Grand Canyon!  Then after we get the kids we are heading to Bryce Canyon to camp as a family!  So lots of good family pictures ahead!  We love you all!

James and Lil'Will got new bikes recently.  Lil'Will tows James around the neighborhood!

Williams home coming!

We are very lucky in that our Daddy finally came home!!  After nine long months of separation he came home on Wednesday April 1st!  On Tuesday we got a call from the squadron saying that he would be arriving at 1pm, well Wednesday morning they called to say he would be home at 11:15.  So we hung up the banners and got ready for his arrival.  We watched his plane land and then went over to the flight line to pick him up.  It took two hours!!!  We waited in the sun for two hours for his bus.  But then he came home!  The best was that Lil'Will grabbed his face and stared at him for a while then turned his face in both directions before hugging him.  He was making sure that this was his daddy!  William was ready to go the moment he found us.  So I have a few pictures of that moment, but not much cause we were heading straight to the car.  He then spent the rest of the afternoon wrestling with the boys!  We are so excited to have him home.  He had to go into work on Friday and work the rest of this week processing back in, but after this week he will be home for the next two weeks and hopefully some more time after that!  It has been great to be a family again.  Actually it has been a very smooth transition.  We are just excited to spend some quantity time with him in the future!

The boys modeling their shirts and one of their banners.  We were going to bring them with us to hold but it was way to windy.  This one was actually retaped together after being torn apart by the wind outside.

New Phones

Ok so I expect everyone will be surprised that I am posting about new phones other than the fact that William is home.  But he is home and it is wonderful, but I haven't put the pictures on the computer yet so I promise I will do that soon.  Until then I am asking for phone numbers.  It was time for us to update our phones a couple of months ago and since my phone broke into pieces in October William didn't have a phone.  So one of the first things we did was get him a phone and update our plan.  Well when we did this they weren't able to transfer our previous numbers to our new phones.  I thought they lady then put our old phone in our bag with our new phones and out the door we went.  That was not the case.  They kept our phone so we now have no numbers!!  So I am requesting that you please e-mail me your numbers so we can stay in touch with you all!!  Thanks!  Our e-mail address is bennettfam4@gmail.com, just in case you didn't have it!
