Willow Beach

So the next weekend after I had gone to the beach in Havasu with the boys William had some time off so we went in search of a beach near Vegas. We looked up some sites online and thought that we had done some good research. Well it turns out that we didn't do so well. We ended up going to a beach on the Colorado river, after the Hoover Dam. The water was very cold and the beach was just a bunch of rocks. Not very fun for the boys. We left after an hour in search of another beach. Which ended up just being a loading dock for boats. So we basicly drove for about and hour and a half and were not able to find anything good. We wished afterwards that we had just gone to Havasu since we know that the water is warm and the beaches are sandy!

Here is Lil'Will all decked out in he Lightening McQueen swim wear. He picked it out himself at Target. We weren't able to leave the store without it. He seriously carried it through the whole store and then didn't want to hand it to the lady at the check out in case she didn't return it to him!
So it was night time in this picture until William took off his shirt and turned it into day!

Baby James kept wanting to go into the water. It was very cold, but he wanted to stand there!

Lil'Will saw his brother standing in the water and wanted to try. He ran screaming from the water like we tried to kill him! He is definitely a warm climate child.

This is my flying baby!

They built a retaining wall and William is practicing on becoming a flamingo!

William decided to buy some ice cream type treat that are little nuggets, anyways you can't eat something without Baby James screaming until he gets some. So you can see how happy he is after getting an ice cream treat from Daddy!
