Will has finally made it!!
William is now in Iraq! I know that most Wives probably wouldn't be excited that their husbands are in a war zone, but his 179 day of deployment don't start until he gets to his place of station. So the sooner he gets there the sooner he comes home. It took him 2 weeks to get there, so we are praying that it doesn't take 2 weeks when it is time to come home. He flew from kuwait in a C130 which he said was very full mostly with other military personnel. Only 7 of them were people that were coming to Iraq to work with him. They stopped at lots of other bases on the way to drop off and pick up other people. Plus he said that with all that there were some really rough flying in between the landing and that he was really happy that he took anti-nausea medicine because if not he surely would have thrown up. He did say that it was really neat being in there since they were sitting in jump seats. He wished his camera hadn't been packed up because there were some really neat shots. But he is safe and sound at the air force base. He is getting everything set up. I will write more in a bit. He doesn't have internet in his room yet so it will be a while until he is able to post something on the blog. He goes to the USO to use their internet and he is only able to be on for 10 minutes at a time. So I will be giving updates for a while. He loves you all!

YEH WILL!! GLAD THAT HE MADE IT SAFE AND SOUND. I JUST SENT OUT THE BOX OF BOOKS TODAY SO I'LL BE INTERESTED TO SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET THERE. PLEASE LET HIM KNOW THAT THEY ARE TO SHARE AND LEAVE THERE FOR ANYBODY ELSE. ALSO, SINCE HE SEEMS TO HAVE A BIG BUNCH OF PEOPLE SUPPORTING HIM, MAYBE HE CAN GIVE US THE NAMES OF SOME GUYS WHO WOULD APPRECIATE GETTING LETTERS AND STUFF.
